BYRNES, Judge.

A twelve member jury found Michael Thomas guilty of second degree murder, a violation of R.S. 14:30.1, and Stanley Thomas and John Thomas were found guilty of manslaughter, violations of R.S. 14:31. The trial court sentenced Michael Thomas to life imprisonment at hard labor without the benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. Stanley Thomas was sentenced to ten years at hard labor and John Thomas was sentenced to five years at hard labor...
