Stat.1989, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.) for injuries sustained in a work-related accident on February 27, 1987, while employed by BMS Catastrophe, employer. Following a hearing on her application, the arbitrator held that claimant's injuries arose out of and in the course of her employment...
