In this summary possession case, we consider (1) whether the lower court erred in entering a judgment and writ of possession (collectively, where appropriate, Judgment) in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee Kamaole Two Hui (Kamaole), a Hawaii limited partnership; and (2) whether the lower court erred in denying Defendant-Appellant Aziz Enterprises, Inc.'s (Aziz) subsequent motion to accept deposit of rents into a court trust
