This case presents issues arising under both the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1701 et seq., and Fed. R.Civ.P. 56. Plaintiffs appeal the district court's entry of summary judgment against them on their claims under the Act and state contract law.
