Dexter Berry appeals from an order of the Superior Court (Oxford County, Fritzsche, J.) denying Gloria Berry's Motion for Relief in the Nature of Mandamus. In her motion, Gloria had sought to have the Superior Court issue a writ to restrain the District Court from holding a hearing on the parties' divorce judgment after the case had been remanded for the second time to the District Court from the Superior Court.
