This appeal arises from an order entered in a resentencing proceeding following remand from an earlier appeal.

Appellant Manuel Regueiro was convicted of second degree murder with a firearm, aggravated assault and attempted shooting into a building. Those convictions were affirmed, although the corresponding sentences were reversed with this court noting that the trial court had the option of sentencing...
