The appellee, David Releford, was the owner and driver of the middle vehicle in a three car collision on December 7, 1985. Appellee was stopped behind a taxi cab at a stop light when his auto was struck from the rear by the driver of a 1980 green Honda. Appellee's car was forced into the taxi.
