Defendant Curtis Mitchell (Mitchell) was arrested on July 5, 1992, and charged with possession of crack cocaine, a controlled substance. He subsequently filed a motion to quash his arrest and suppress evidence seized at the time of his arrest, as well as statements, identifications and other evidence obtained subsequent to the arrest.
