LEESON, Judge.

The state appeals the trial court's order suppressing evidence seized during execution of a search warrant. The trial court ruled that the supporting affidavit did not establish probable cause. We affirm.

The affiant is a detective with the Jackson County Narcotics Enforcement Team (JACNET). His affidavit states that in August, 1991, JACNET received an anonymous letter urging officers to "go to 872 Old Trail Creek road [sic] in the town...
