The appellant, Samuel Robert Burge, appeals from the revocation of his probation. On May 10, 1991, the appellant was indicted for the crime of sodomy in the first degree. Ala.Code (1975), § 13A-6-63. On August 22, 1991, pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, he pleaded guilty to sexual abuse in the first degree (§ 13A-6-66), and was sentenced as a habitual offender to 15 years' imprisonment.
