We grant transfer to decide that a child support obligation is enforceable by contempt.

Donna K. Pettit (Appellee-Petitioner below) seeks transfer after the Court of Appeals reversed the trial court's finding that Michael W. Pettit (Appellant-Respondent below) was in contempt for failing to pay child support. Pettit v. Pettit (1993), Ind. App., 612 N.E.2d 1090
