The defendant was charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, LSA-R.S. 14:62.2. He filed a motion to suppress evidence, which was granted, and a motion to suppress identification, which was denied. He took writs to this Court seeking review of the denial of his motion to suppress the identification, but this Court denied writs on March 12, 1992, finding that the relator had an adequate remedy on appeal. State v. Van Buren, unpub....
