This is a workers' compensation case wherein employer appeals the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission's [Commission] finding that employee is permanently and totally disabled from injuries sustained in a truck accident in Indiana. Employer claims error on two grounds: the Commission did not have jurisdiction over the dispute and the evidence did not clearly establish a causal connection between the accident and claimant's mental disability...
