Currently before the Court are plaintiffs' and defendant's motions in limine. For the reasons that follow, the Court holds: Delaware law will be applied to the remaining issues in this case; evidence of any negligence on the part of decedent's employer is not relevant to the issues of defendant's proportion of fault or the existence of an intervening-superseding cause and are therefore inadmissible...
