OPINION

SHEA, Justice.

This matter comes before the Supreme Court pursuant to the petition of Joseph Costello (Costello or employee) for certiorari to review an order of the Workers' Compensation Appellate Division denying his appeal from a trial judge's decision that denied his petition to review in which he sought a resumption of disability payments. We affirm the decree of the Appellate Division.
