The plaintiff, Caridad Gonzales, appeals a jury verdict holding her to be fifteen percent at fault in an automobile accident with the defendant, Julie Vanderbrook, awarding her $8,000 (reduced by fifteen percent comparative fault). Additionally, the plaintiff appeals the trial court's decision to allow cross examination concerning the failure to file an income tax return.
