CAPPY, Justice.

We have before us an automatic direct appeal1 from the judgment of sentence of death imposed upon appellant, Tyrone Moore, by the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, following his conviction of murder of the first degree.2 We affirm the judgment of sentence of death.
