These are the consolidated appeals of five defendants, William Kenneth Banks, Fernando Cumbo Blow, Bruce Elliott Boone, Samuel Collins, and Garry Copeland, who were tried, convicted, and sentenced for conspiracy to distribute heroin, cocaine, and crack cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846...
