OPINION

GRANT, Justice.

Ruben Barron appeals from a conviction for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was sentenced to seventy-five years' confinement in the penitentiary.

On appeal, Barron contends that the trial court erred in finding that the State did not exercise its peremptory challenges based solely on race, in denying his request for a charge on the lesser included offense of reckless conduct, and in overruling his objection to evidence...
