This appeal arises from the trial court's decision in favor of the appellees, Pairote Poommipanit and Somchit Poommipanit (Poommipanits), vendees in an installment real estate contract with the appellants, Dewey P. Sloan, Diane K. Sloan, William E. Law, and Dorothy J. Law (Sloan). Poommipanits attempted to prepay the balance due on the contract. The contract was silent as to the possibility of prepayment...
