ROBERTSON, Justice.

This appeal is from a summary judgment granted to appellees in a suit on a promissory note. Appellant contests the sufficiency of the summary judgment proof. We reverse.

Appellees' petition alleged that appellant (Hou-Tex) executed and delivered to them a promissory note in the sum of $50,000 and that there had been a default in payment. The Marbachs sought judgment for the amount of the note, plus pre- and post-maturity...
