Defendant, Willie Kimball Smallwood, was indicted by the Bertie County Grand Jury on six counts of trafficking in cocaine in violation of North Carolina General Statutes § 90-95(h)(3)(a) (1990; Supp.1992). Defendant pled guilty to four of the trafficking counts and no contest to the other two counts.
