This case comes before us on application for enforcement of an order of the National Labor Relations Board ("NLRB"). The parties dispute the NLRB's decision to utilize the doctrine of piercing the corporate veil in order to hold the respondent, Maude Clementine Clarke ("Tina Clarke"), personally liable for a judgment rendered against the corporation she controlled.
