In these consolidated appeals, appellant Theodore Junior appeals from his conviction of distribution of cocaine, D.C.Code § 33-541(a)(1) (Repl.1989), and the denial of his motion to vacate his conviction and sentence, pursuant to D.C.Code § 23-110.
