This case is before the Court upon the appeal of Thomas J. Blair from the June 5, 1992 order of the Circuit Court of McDowell County which stated that a jury found the appellant guilty on seven criminal misdemeanor warrants for violating W.Va.Code, 24-3-1 [1923].
