Dover Elevator Company brings a limited appeal from that portion of the trial court's final judgment that assessed guardian ad litem fees against it. In three points of error, Dover contends the trial court erred in (1) holding a second hearing on the issue of guardian ad litem fees, (2) assessing guardian ad litem fees against Dover in the absence of good cause, and (3) awarding an arbitrary and unreasonable amount of guardian ad...
