This appeal is from the entry of summary judgments in a case involving claims for materialman's liens. A & M (Plaintiff) filed suit against Wiles (Contractor), Havin (another materialman and lien claimant) and the Gutermuths (Landowners) to enforce a materialman's lien. Havin then filed an answer and cross-claim against Landowners and Wiles to enforce a materialman's lien. Another lien claimant (Spindler) intervened and also filed a cross-petition...
