POPOVICH, Judge:
This is an appeal by the Commonwealth from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County which suppressed a handgun seized from appellee's car. The Commonwealth contends that the lower court erred in suppressing the evidence given the facts of this case. Having reviewed the record, we reverse the order suppressing the handgun and remand for trial.
