Defendants, Ralph Hermosillo and Ruben Zamora, were charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault, criminal sexual assault and unlawful restraint. After a bench trial, defendants were found guilty of criminal sexual assault and unlawful restraint, but not guilty of aggravated criminal sexual assault.
