This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence following appellant's conviction by a jury of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) (35 P.S. § 780-113(a)(16)), possession with intent to deliver (cocaine) (35 P.S. § 780-113(a)(30)), delivery of a controlled substance (cocaine) (35 P.S. § 780-113(a)(30)) and criminal conspiracy (18 Pa.C.S.A. 903(a)(1)).
