WEDEMEYER, P.J.

Feleipe Harris appeals from a judgment dismissing his complaint against Ann T. Bowe for legal malpractice. Harris argues that because there are genuine issues of material fact that have yet to be resolved, the trial court improperly granted Bowe's motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. Because Harris presents no genuine issues of material fact, and because Bowe is entitled to a judgment as a matter of law, we affirm.
