This is a sentence review. Pursuant to a plea bargain, Timothy Lee Warnell pled guilty to one count of rape, first degree burglary, and use of a deadly weapon during the commission of a crime. See I.C. §§ 18-6101 (rape), 18-1401, -1402 (burglary), 19-2520 (use of a deadly weapon). For the rape charge, the district court imposed a determinate term of confinement of seventeen years to be followed by an indeterminate life term....
