I. INTRODUCTION

This is a suit to quiet title to a tract of river bottom farmland located on the east side of the Missouri River. Appellee Arthur Vogel testified that his father purchased the property in 1928 under a Missouri description. The Vogel family moved onto the property in 1929 or 1930.
