Pursuant to verdict, the defendant-appellant, Nancy S. Filkin, was adjudged by the district court to be guilty of possessing a controlled substance, methamphetamine, in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. §§ 28-405(c)(3) [Schedule II] and 28-416 (Reissue 1989).
