Granted. The trial court's in limine ruling prohibiting any oral evidence relative to the non-competition provision of the employment contract is reversed.

LEMMON, J., concurs. There are disputed issues of fact and it cannot be determined at this time, as a matter of law, that the non-competition addendum is ineffective.
