The appellant in this case seeks to enjoin further collection of a deficiency judgment which resulted from the foreclosure of a real estate contract. The appellant argues that further collection efforts are barred by Iowa Code section 615.1 (1991), a special statute of limitations which limits actions on several types of judgments to two years.
