Daniel Linnertz has appealed from a district court judgment affirming a Workers Compensation Bureau order dismissing his claim for benefits. We reverse and remand.

Linnertz has been employed as a package delivery driver by United Parcel Service (UPS) since 1978. On December 30, 1988, Linnertz visited Dr. Paul Ellenbecker, a Minot chiropractor, complaining of pain between his shoulder blades. Ellenbecker determined that the injury was a gradual...
