OPINION

GILBERTO HINOJOSA, Justice.

In three points of error, the State of Texas challenges the trial court's forfeiture of contraband pursuant to Chapter 59, Tex.Code Crim.Proc.Ann. (Vernon Supp.1993). We affirm the judgment as modified.
