("father") appeals from a summary judgment entered by the circuit court of St. Clair County on May 28, 1992, which terminated his parental rights with respect to his two minor children, D.H. and G.H., and denied his motion to stay the proceedings to terminate his parental rights pending disposition of a petition filed by his brother and sister-in-law, B.H. and D.H., to adopt the children with father's consent...
