NEUMANN, Justice.

James E. Norman appealed from his judgment of conviction for class AA felony murder. We affirm.

In the evening of January 13, 1992 James shot and killed his wife, Pamela Norman, in her home. James and Pamela's three children, Jamie, Jimmy, and John, witnessed the shooting.
