INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff asserts that defendant violated his civil rights when it terminated his employment and asserts claims under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. and 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983 and 1985. Presently before the court is defendant's Motion to Dismiss.
