This case, which arises out of the sexual molestation of plaintiffs' 14-year-old daughter by defendant Daniel Vanno, the youth organization leader at her church who was acting as her algebra tutor at the time of the molestations, was remanded to this court by the Supreme Court for a decision on the merits.
