John Halladay Grimm appeals from a judgment awarding actual damages and attorney's fees on appellee's cause of action for breach of a marital and property settlement agreement. Appellant limited his appeal to the issue of whether appellee pleaded and proved the occurrence of all conditions precedent to enforcement of the agreement.
