Appellant Brian Walsh ("Walsh") was tried before a jury and convicted of lewd conduct with a minor child under sixteen, a felony, pursuant to I.C. § 18-1508. Walsh raises several issues on appeal, including a challenge to the district court's jurisdiction, the admissibility of certain testimony, and also a videotape.
