OPINION AND ORDER

On December 9, 1985, Joseph Goforth, the claimant-appellee herein, was awarded a 50% permanent, partial occupational disability benefit. The award contained the usual provision that the employer would be liable for medical treatment that was reasonably required for the cure and relief from the effects of the injury.
