It is not disputed that claimant's decedent had an established case of bronchitis and that this condition was an occupationally related disease. It is also not disputed that decedent had an additional disease, aortic stenosis, which was not caused or aggravated by his bronchitis and that he died as a result of the aortic stenosis.
