Plaintiffs, Rick Brown and Manufactured Housing Specialists, Inc., bring this action against defendants, Donald Veile and Arapaho Village Mobile Home Park, pursuant to the Mobile Home Landlord and Tenant Rights Act. (Ill.Rev.Stat.1987, ch. 80, par. 201 et seq.) Plaintiffs were the owners of a mobile home which was situated on a rental lot in defendants' mobile home park.
