A jury convicted Raymond Ray (Defendant) of sodomy, a class B felony. He was sentenced to thirteen years' imprisonment and appeals from that conviction in Case No. 17733.

Afterwards, Defendant filed a motion for postconviction relief under Rule 29.15.1 An evidentiary hearing was held on his amended motion. The motion court entered Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law denying
