This is a breach of contract action for the balance due on a construction subcontract, and for delay damages and acceleration costs. The subcontract at issue was one for masonry work on the Special Process Laboratory ["the Project"] built under contract from the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. Plaintiff Bat Masonry Company, Inc.
