ROGERS, Chief Judge:

Appellant Carol Cooper appeals from a jury verdict in favor of appellee Marilyn Berzin in a medical malpractice case. Her sole contention on appeal is that the trial judge erred in denying her request that the jury be instructed that the defendant bore the burden of proof in apportioning damages. She maintains that if Dr. Berzin's conduct was a proximate cause of appellant's injuries, then the doctor is liable for all of those injuries unless...
